4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in the applicable currency unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to order confirmation.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges or penalties as specified in the invoice or agreement.
5. Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, shipping logistics, and external factors.
Professional installation and setup are provided as part of our service.
The customer is responsible for ensuring appropriate site conditions for successful delivery and installation.
6. Warranty
We provide 1 year warranty. During the 1-year warranty period, if the mainboard and motor fail, our company will replace the faulty parts for free. When the warranty period expires, our company can provide you with paid extended warranty services and technical support. Therefore, as long as you are still using our printer, we will provide lifetime after-sales service for your digital inkjet printer.
All equipment is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms, which will be provided at the time of purchase.
Warranty coverage does not include damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow operational guidelines.
Extended service contracts may be available upon request.
7. Maintenance & Support
Preventive maintenance, repairs, and support services will be provided as per agreed service contracts.
Emergency repairs and on-site technical support are subject to availability and may involve additional charges if not covered under a service agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
3P Machinery shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and materials on our website are the property of 3P Machinery and protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.
